Recent I start a new company with my team that build the platform for garage/ car service provider. The more I work, the more I enjoy the sweetness of solving puzzles as an entrepreneur. This afternoon I looked at our Gantt chart, I realized the plan was executed totally different from what I planned, which is uncomfortable with me who likes to stick to the plan. Surprisingly, I am still satisfied with our work and confidently know that we are on the right track and I learnt so much from trusting my subconscious self, than the plan coming from logical brain. Meeting deadline is outdated when it comes to execute an authentic vision.
I also believe that learning is very critical to the growth of the business. Growth of the team members should be ahead of the business because people are the ones who create it all despite the rise of AI recently. And I have a vision of a great company that learn and grow for EVER. What I learnt that is different from the plan needs to be recorded. As a builder, I don't want to build my site on someone else's platform that has a lot of distraction due to the purpose of making money on selling attention.
Paying every month is a way to remind me of my commitment to learning. So here it is.
